Lista degli ingredienti
- 4 thin slices of pork
- 4 thin slices of beef
For the pork marinade:
- 45 ml of sesame oil
- 15 ml of soy sauce
- 5 ml of honey
- 6 g of finely chopped ginger
- Sichuan pepper
For the beef marinade:
- 45 ml sesame oil
- 15 ml soy sauce
- 5 ml of honey
- 2 finely chopped garlic cloves
- 1 chopped spring onion
- Sichuan pepper
Fasi della preparazione
- Mix together all the ingredients for each marinade
- Incorporate the meat. Leave to marinate for at least 10 minutes
- Cook the marinated meat in a pan, around 6 minutes for the pork and 4 minutes for the beef
- Put the Finedor on an oiled skewer
- Use a bread knife and cut the length into a spiral
- Bake for around 8 minutes at 180°. Remove the rod
- Put the marinated pork and beef on a piece of plastic film, roughly 20 cm long
- Roll and press the film to make a thin sausage (2 cm diameter)
- Remove the film and then delicately roll the sausage around the spiral Finedor
- Cover with the marinade and then sprinkle with sesame seeds, ginger and the spring onion leaves
